No body has time these days! What's making you so busy everyday?



I don't share videos on my blog often, but I thought you would benefit from this short documentary! You know sometimes your problem, looking at a third person perspective can give you valuable insights. Can you relate to any of these men and women in the film?

We are very very busy these days, there's hardly anytime to relax or even slow down. With the advancement of technology, our times are getting filled with constant text, messages, and e-mails that we don't even have time to sit down and EAT!

I have some questions for you, a busy bee.

Do you find the time to eat 3 meals a day?

Do you unplug all technology, especially computer and phones while you eat?

Do you take more than 20 minutes to eat a meal?

Do you find time to cook daily? or at least weekly and prep your meals?

Do you sit quietly and try to quiet your mind while you eat?

If you answered "yes" to any of these, you're not in the optimal state of mind to eat mindfully. But you say you don't have time?

There are short and sweet mindful eating practices you can do, if you have 5 minutes to spare. Instead of updating yourself on social media, why don't you update your soul with mindful eating? :)
