This may be reason why you are having pains

It's a black egg! This is a special egg you can get in Hakone, Japan. People in Japan says, if you eat one, it will extend your life 7 years! ⁣ I had two so I extended my life 14 years! :D Anyhow, I have a question for you. ⁣ How's your health been? Nowadays I see so many people who are having multiple health complaints, on multiple medications, in pain everywhere. When was the last time you felt well? ⁣ I used to have this crazy shoulder pain back in the day when I was in college. Went to Western medicine doctor, physical therapist, and even ended up in ER one day. But nobody was able to tell me what was going on. It was hurting so bad that I couldn't sit on a chair for longer than 2 hours. ⁣ So my friend had recommended me to a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor. ⁣ Guess what he told me? ⁣ He didn't prescribe me any herbal remedies at all. But instead, he told me to SLOW DOWN. Take rest. And DON'T THINK TOO MUCH. DON'T STRESS OUT TOO MUCH. Around the same time, I was on my own journey with mindful eating so I incorporated weekly meditation. Surprisingly, as I started to balance my emotions and handle stressful situations better, not only my weight stabilized but also my shoulder pain slowly disappeared! This is only my own experience, but I do believe a large part of our health problems and pains manifest from how we handle our emotions and stressful situations. As our lives are getting busier, I think it's essential to take time and slow down a bit. ⁣
